 Cheap, Simple, Works August 30, 2010

It's cheap, it's simple, and it does it's job. What more could you ask for? Stereo output instead of splitting the left and right channels and it does not hurt the sound quality. I use this with my iPod Nano and iPhone and have not had any problems. I recommend this!

WYSIWYG. Plug it into an MP3 player, and share your tunes with a friend. Plug it into a computer and watch a movie with another (provided you both have 3.5mm jack headphones). I first bought this years ago so that my wife and I could watch a movie on a portable player together while we waited to board our plane. I just so happened to see it here on Amazon, and remembered using it the other day to watch a movie with the wife, on the family tv, so as to not disturb the kids. Very simple design, how can you go wrong? Components do not seem cheaply made.

Anyone running Windows 7 can use this splitter to loop a male/male 3.5mm cable back into the computer's microphone jack to record live audio. Also, I've seen the lead warnings and decided to test the splitter with a lead test kit. Both the exposed metal and the white plastic were tested and came up clean. No lead detected. I'll see if I can post some pics under "customer images".

Its a simple product to fit my needs. It works great, no problems. I use this product at work so that we can have a mp3 player plug in through one end, and a cd player through the other. It makes picking music a little bit easier, without the hassle of always unplugging one to use the other. Nice and simple, just the way I like it.
